Who can join
The program is open to anyone with an audience: your own sites, client sites you manage, a channel, a newsletter, a course, a community or a conference talk. You do not need to be a NibWP customer, though it helps to have used what you are recommending.
We review every application by hand and may decline one without giving a reason. You must be able to receive payment in euros via PayPal.
What you earn
You earn 25% of the order value on a qualifying first purchase made through your referral link.
Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts and excludes tax and shipping. Renewals of a subscription do not currently earn commission — you are paid on the initial purchase only. If that changes we will say so here before it takes effect.
Referring yourself does not earn commission. Orders placed on your own account are excluded automatically.
How referrals are tracked
When someone follows your link we store a cookie in their browser for 30 days. If they buy within that window, the sale is credited to you.
Where several affiliates referred the same customer, the most recent link wins. A customer who clears their cookies, buys from a different device or browser, or buys after the 30 days have passed cannot be credited to you, and we have no way to recover that attribution after the fact.
Getting paid
Balances are paid in euros by PayPal once your approved commission reaches €100. A balance below that rolls into the following month until it clears the threshold.
Commission becomes payable once the order is complete and past its refund window. If an order is refunded, charged back or fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed — including after it has been approved.
You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn, and for giving us payment details that work. We cannot recover a payment sent to an address you gave us in error.
How you may promote NibWP
Share your link wherever you have an audience. Be straight with people about it: where you are recommending NibWP to a client or a community, say that the link is an affiliate link.
What is not allowed: bidding on our brand name or misspellings of it in paid search; sending unsolicited email, comments or messages; presenting yourself as NibWP or implying we endorse you; buying through your own link; and posting your link in places whose rules forbid it. Coupon and voucher sites are not accepted into the program.
You may use our name, logo and the assets we provide to promote NibWP. You may not alter them, register domains or social accounts containing our name, or run ads that would be confused with our own.
Ending the arrangement
You can leave at any time by telling us. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and where the breach involved fraudulent or spammed referrals we may withhold the commission arising from it. Commission you earned legitimately before that point is still paid.
If we ever pause or end the program, we will pay out balances already earned.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change reduces what you earn or how you may promote NibWP, we will publish it here before it applies, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use your referral link after that date means you accept the new terms.
