Acceptance
By purchasing, installing, or using NibWP you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product. These terms form a binding agreement between you and NibWP.
Licenses & plans
Your license grants the rights described on the pricing page for the plan you purchase:
Annual plans renew yearly until cancelled. Lifetime (LTD) plans are a one-time payment, priced at 2.5× the annual plan, including lifetime updates for the purchased product.
- Free — Unlimited sites, core server and essential tools.
- Pro — all tools and integrations, annual or LTD.
- Bundle — unlimited sites plus all four Pro Skill packs.
Billing & renewals
Annual licenses renew automatically; you may cancel before the renewal date to stop future charges. LTD licenses do not renew. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Refunds
If NibWP is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return your payment. Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse.
Acceptable use
NibWP enables AI agents to perform powerful operations, including executing PHP and filesystem actions when you enable AI Abilities. You are responsible for which agents you connect, the permissions and tokens you issue, and maintaining current backups. Use on production sites at your own risk; staging is recommended for destructive operations.
Intellectual property
NibWP and its branding remain our property. You retain all rights to your site content. Your license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Disclaimer & liability
The software is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by AI agents you connect to your site.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license for breach of these terms. On termination you must stop using the software; surviving clauses (IP, liability) remain in effect.
Support & updates
Free includes community support. Pro and Bundle include priority email support and product updates while your license is active. LTD licenses include lifetime updates for the purchased product. Support covers the plugin itself, not custom code or third-party plugins.
Versioning & deprecation
We follow semantic versioning. Tool schemas are kept stable within a major version; any breaking change is announced in advance via the changelog with a migration path where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where required, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified by email.
